We at Buttons and Bows want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If for any reason you are not, we will accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, un-defective merchandise for a STORE CREDIT.

Items must be back in the store within 7 days of when the package was delivered to you.

Once your item(s) are received and inspected by us, we will issue you a store credit for the price you paid for the item, minus shipping fees.

We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Arbii Headbands

Underwear

Swimwear

Gift Cards

If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from such customers.

 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed via postal service.

 If you have any defects or damages with your products, please contact the company directly as they are responsible for the quality of their products. 

Store Pickup

Items purchased online and picked up in store the same policy and store credit will be given.

You have 5 days from when you receive an email stating your order is ready for pickup to bring back any items to exchange.

Preorders 

When you place a preorder; the stock is taken out of our inventory and saved for you. Once an order is placed we cannot cancel it. If you choose to cancel your preorder, the policy is same as our regular policy and a store credit will be issued. Please be sure of your purchase prior to checking out.  

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel any orders. If you would like to cancel your order, you will be issued a store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Sale

All items discounted are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Sale orders CANNOT be cancelled, even for credit  

Store Credit 

Store credit / Gift Cards cannot be used on sale items. If a customer uses their credit, we will reach out to them for a different payment method, and if we aren’t given one, customers order will be cancelled  

 

There are no exceptions to our return policy.
